The Hong Kong women’s table tennis team experienced a phenomenal success in London. Consisted of Doo Hoi-kem, Lee Ho-ching, Mak Tze-wing, Ng Wing-nam and Soo Wai-yam, the group had made an impressive start by finishing first place in the preliminary round and then defeated the European champion Romania in the quarter final. The paddlers powered into the final four and captured a bronze medal at the 2018 ITTF Team World Cup.
