Hong Kong added 1 gold, 1 silver and 7 bronze medals to its tally on the fourth day of competition. Swimmer Hui Ka-chun took the fourth gold for the SAR in the men's 100m backstroke S14, while Chan Yui-lam won bronze in the women's 100m backstroke S14. The silver medal came from tenpin bowler Wong Mei-lan in the women's singles TPB8 event, and there were 3 bronze medals for the table tennis team, won by Wong Pui-yi in the women's singles TT5, Chiu Kan-shan in the women's singles TT7 and Wong Chi-yin in the men's singles TT9. The wheelchair fencing team also contributed 3 medals on the day. Participating in the women's sabre category A event for the first time, Yu Chui-yee advanced to the semi-finals and finally took bronze, while Cheong Meng-chai and Chan Wing-kin each won a bronze medal in the men's sabre category A event.
