Hong Kong table tennis junior team won 1 silver and 1 bronze at the 28th Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships held in Chongqing, China. The Girls' Team of (U15) event winning a silver medal consisted of Mak Ming-shum, Su Tsz-tung, Wong Tsz-yui and Yuen Sum-lok, Wong Wan-hei and Wong Hoi-tung captured bronze medal in the Mixed Doubles (U19) event.
