The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) is organising an Open Day on 19 February 2017 (Sunday) for members of the public to learn about the life of elite athletes behind the scene and the works of the HKSI.

The Open Day offers a valuable opportunity for visitors to get a glimpse of elite athletes’ training in Hong Kong through a series of engaging activities including tour around the world-class training facilities in HKSI, sports and health talks, sports demonstrations, and meeting with some of the elite athletes.  With the support of National Sports Associations, fun try-outs and fitness tests will also be available for visitors to challenges themselves and explore their potentials.

Members of the public are welcome to come with their family and friends to enjoy a happy and energetic afternoon at the HKSI.  Registration is free at the HKSI website.  Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space.  Go and secure a place now!
