Training Methods for Strength and Conditioning

The HKSI Strength and Conditioning Department presents an overview of training methods commonly used in strength and conditioning programs for elite athletes. It will include flexibility and stretching methods, strength training systems and techniques as well as plyometric drills and balance training. The presentation will focus on the different methods available or currently being used in specific training phases of a particular sport.
