Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund:
Cancellation made by 31 May 2025 (Early Bird Registration Deadline) for a full refund*.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made by 30 September 2025 (Standard Registration Deadline) for a 50% refund*.
Non-Refundable Stage:
On and after 1 October 2025, no refund will be issued for canceled registration.

Remark:
The refund amount will be adjusted to account for bank charges and handling fees applied by the online registration platform per transaction.
