Stress Fracture in Athletes

Overuse injuries contributed about 20-30% of overall sports injuries attending sports clinic. Some of the overuse injuries are minor but most of them can end up in serious problems. Stress Fractures indeed is not uncommon, particularly among runners, and can keep the athlete away from training and competition for quite a long duration. In this presentation, the presenter is going to share with the audience on the causative factors, usual clinical presentations, and the management of stress fractures, so that one can prevent it or looking for early consultation whenever suspicious.
