Breathe Your Stress Out

A practical workshop which will introduce two relaxation techniques: 1) deep breathing exercise and 2) progressive muscle relaxation. Participants will experience deep relaxation through these two guided exercises. How stress, anxiety and insomnia affect athletes’ performance and/or daily functioning will also be discussed. Lastly, the workshop will conclude with suggestions for relaxation practice and tips for good night’s sleep. Please wear loose or comfortable clothing.
