International Scientific Symposium 2013 - Emerging technologies for sports performance enhancement

The annual International Scientific Symposium organised by the HKSI will be held on 15 - 16 March 2013 (Friday and Saturday) at the HKSI, with the aim to examine, exchange ideas and stimulate discussion on the development and application of technologies in enhancing sports performance.

Kowloon Dairy continues to support HKSI
|
This year, Kowloon Dairy continues its support for local elite sport development through a mascot and parent-child design competition and mini sports games, encouraging kindergarten and primary school students from over 100 schools in Hong Kong to take part and create unique mascot handicraft with milk boxes. The company committed to make donations to the HKSI Sport Scholarship Scheme, and a cheque presentation ceremony was held on 29 September. |

Wheelchair fencer Yu Chui-yee, who truly embodies the Hong Kong spirit with her unrelenting perseverance in life and her sporting career, was invited by Kowloon Watch Group to attend the kick-off ceremony for its 60th anniversary exhibition on 3 October, where the fencer shared her key to success. |
