The judging panel has also made a decision of presenting certificates of merit to six outstanding nominees in recognition of their excellent performance in this quarter, including Yip Pui-ying and Lam Sin-ying from badminton, Cheng Lai-sho from mountaineering, Ma Kwok-po from windsurfing, as well as Lai Tsz-tsun and Fung Wing-see from wushu.
